If you are a new patient and wish to make an appointment for an initial visit, please call our office at the above telephone number to schedule an initial examination appointment. The total initial appointment time, which includes the necessary paper work, diagnostic radiographs (x-rays), clinical examination, consultation with the doctor, treatment plan preparation and treatment plan presentation may take up to approximately two hours. Please fill out the patient Registration Form and Medical/Dental History Form located in the Patient Registration/Forms section of our web site, fax or bring them in with you when you come in at your first visit. If you are unable to download and print the forms please arrive at our office approximately 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the registration forms.

For general dental care, the general dentists see patients:

Monday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 4:00pm (Every Saturday)

For hygiene care, our hygienist sees patients:

Monday: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Thursday: 9:00am to 5:00pm

For care by our office's periodontist, Dr. Baima sees patients:
Wednesday: 9:00am to 5:00pm (every Wednesday)

For care by our office’s orthodontist, Dr. Kizior sees patients:
Thursday: 9:00am to 5:00 (two Thursdays of each month)

For care by our office's endodontist, Dr. Rocha sees patients:
Thursday: 9:00am to 5:00pm (every Thursday)
