Hello and welcome! My name is Suzy and my role at MADA is two-fold. One aspect of my position is that I am one of our office's receptionists. The second role that I take on is that I am also the office's Treatment Coordinator. Both positions compliment the other and permit me in helping our patients clarify their treatments and help to coordinate their treatments between doctors when more than one doctor or hygienist may be involved with their care or when a patient may be in need of referral to a specialist out of our office. I've been in the dental field for six years now and feel I have become a seasoned contributor to the smooth functioning of our office. I enjoy the pride of knowledge of learning and am continuing my education after hours by attending Roosevelt University. I also enjoy the time I spend with my little white puppy. I am very excited to be part of this friendly office and look forward to meeting and interacting with patients. I look forward to the challenges and learning experience each working day presents.
